_ I've sent Mineral Series an email, how quickly can I expect a response?

_ My crystal vase is leaking?
Every single one of our vases is thoroughly tested before leaving our atelier, so a true leak is very rare. Usually, it's just a case of too much water. Here is how to check your vase size:
-
Mini Vases: Can only hold up to 20ml of water.Tip: We highly recommend using a water dropper to easily measure and add the correct amount!
-
Small Vases: Can hold a maximum of 250ml of water.
Note: If these sizes are overfilled, water will spill over the hidden inner edge, run down to the bottom, and make it look like the vase is leaking.
-
Medium & Large Vases: These come with a glass or aluminum insert. Only this inner insert is waterproof. Please ensure water only goes inside the insert.
How to fix it: If your vase overflowed, simply place it on a piece of kitchen paper and let it air-dry completely until it no longer leaves any damp spots.
_ I think there is no glass inside my mini vase or small vase?
It’s a beautiful illusion of our process! The glass is permanently integrated into the design. During creation, the crystal overgrows the glass insert, locking it inside so it cannot be separated or removed. We quality-test every vase in our atelier to ensure this protective glass layer is perfectly in place before it is shipped to you.
_ How do I remove the water from my Mini or Small vase?
Because our packaging recommends keeping water away from the crystals, you'll want to be a bit careful when emptying your vase.
Here are the two best ways to do it safely:
Method 1: Use the Water Dropper (Best for Mini Vases)
-
Step 1: Insert the same water dropper you used to fill the vase back into the opening.
-
Step 2: Squeeze the bulb, let it draw the water up, and empty it into the sink.
-
Step 3: Repeat until the vase is empty.
Method 2: The Quick Flip (For Mini and Small Vases)
-
Step 1: Bring the vase over to your sink.
-
Step 2: In one quick, smooth motion, turn the vase completely upside down to pour the water out.
Important: Whichever method you choose, always use a dry cloth to wipe away any excess water from the top of the vase afterward to keep your crystals safe and dry.
_ Are the large vases waterproof? Can I put fresh flowers in them?
Yes, you can absolutely use them for fresh flowers!
All of our large crystal vases include a custom, cylindrical glass insert.
-
The Insert is Waterproof: Please note that only the glass insert is designed to hold water. The crystal vase itself is not waterproof.
-
Easy Maintenance: Because our crystal vases are quite heavy, the removable insert makes it much easier to change the water, arrange your flowers, and keep everything clean.
-
Dishwasher Safe: For effortless cleaning, the glass insert is 100% dishwasher safe.
_A few pieces of crystal have come loose from my vase. Can I fix them?
Yes, you can easily reattach them at home. Because crystals are a natural, delicate material, minor pieces can occasionally shift. Fortunately, there is a very simple, invisible fix.
The Golden Rule: Do NOT use superglue or any other household glues, as they can permanently damage the crystals. We have done extensive research and tested countless formulas; clear nail polish is the absolute winner.
How to reattach the pieces:
-
Apply: Use the brush to apply a small amount of clear nail polish directly into the cracks or onto the back of the loose piece.
-
Place: Gently press the crystal piece back into its original position.
-
Wait (Crucial!): Leave the vase completely untouched for 24 hours. Resist the temptation to check if it's stuck yet, moving it too soon will ruin the bond.
After a full day of drying, the nail polish will be completely cured, leaving the crystal seamlessly and invisibly reattached.
_The top edge of my vase is serrated or uneven. Is it broken?
Not at all! What you are seeing is a completely natural part of the design.
Our vases and candlestick holders can naturally form with either sharp, smooth, or serrated edges. The final texture depends entirely on how the crystals organically overgrow the rim during production. Because this is a natural growth process, we cannot dictate the exact shape of the edge, we simply let nature decide. Your serrated edge is proof of a truly unique, organic creation!
_My crystal vase has collected dust. How should I clean it?
To keep your vase looking its best, it requires a gentle, water-free touch.
Never rinse your vase under running water, especially not hot water. Excess moisture and heat will dissolve the natural crystals and permanently damage the piece.
Depending on how much cleaning your vase needs, you can safely use one of these three methods:
-
Method 1: The Blow-Dryer (For light dust) Set your blow-dryer to the cold/cool setting only and gently blow the dust away. Never use hot air, as high temperatures can damage the crystals.
-
Method 2: The Paintbrush (For detailed dusting) Use a clean, new, broad paintbrush to gently sweep away dust from the crevices and crystal formations.
-
Method 3: A Damp Cloth (For stubborn dirt) If there is stuck-on dirt, wipe the area very gently using a cold, slightly damp cloth.
_How do I clean the inside of my mini or small vase?
To clean the glass insert inside your mini or small vase, we recommend using a bottle brush. Because crystal is delicate, please follow these steps carefully to prevent any damage:
