Terms & Conditions wholesale accounts

Wholesale discounted prices are available to customers that will be reselling our products to the consumer through their own established retail store or web site (and not through third party platforms such as Trouva, Amazon, Etsy or Bol).

We do not and will not exercise any form of control of the sales point in terms of competition nor do we grant exclusive selling rights to any specific region, city or country. We do publish a list of known selling points on our website and strive to keep it accurate. We do also sell our products through distribution warehouses, and therefore also cannot know all the customers buying and reselling our wholesale products.

Minimum Order

The minimum order to qualify for wholesale pricing is 250.00€ excl. VAT and shipping.


Wholesale Prices

In general, wholesale prices are 50% of the retail price. 

For our ongoing collaboration, we ask that you don’t sell our products under our recommended retail price. 


Lead Time

Typically we ship orders within 3 business days.

We wait for all the items in your order to be in stock before shipping your order out. This is always clearly communicated with the customer. In case you prefer not to wait for the items to be restocked, you can choose to place 2 separate orders.


All orders are shipped via PostNL, DPD or UPS (based on the location), to your physical ship-to address.

Shipping costs are determined at the time of shipping, according to the weight of the package and destination. The shipping fees are passed on to the customer at cost. Your invoice including shipping charges will arrive via email shortly after you place the order.

All orders shipped outside the European Union are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid).

Free Shipping

We do not provide free shipping for any destination at this moment.


Shipping time – Corona update :

As you know, international shipping has been greatly affected by the corona crisis, both in terms of speed and shipping rates. It’s also constantly evolving. We have no influence on the shipping services ourselves. These are the shipping times we’re currently seeing on average:

Shipping time within the EU at the moment is around 1 week to 10 days.

Shipping time to Switzerland: 1 to 3 weeks.

Shipping time to North America, Australia, New Zealand and all asian countries is 6-8 weeks of transit  + time for clearing customs.


Shipping Errors/Damaged Goods

You must notify our office of any shipping errors or goods damaged in transit within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Past 7 days we can no longer process claims with the carrier.
We will then either issue a credit or send a replacement product at no charge. Mineral Series accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with our carrier’s delivery, especially in regard to address errors, store closures, failure to pick up the package from the post office in case of missed deliveries, or failure to pay the customs charges in time. If the carrier has to return the shipment to us, then the customer will be liable for all shipping charges and credited for all merchandise returned in sellable condition.

Very important: we need photos of the problem in order to file a claim with the carrier. Please keep all packaging material and proof of damage until the problem has been resolved.


The customer has the right to return the goods without giving any reason during 14 days after reception of the goods. To qualify for a full refund of the purchase price, the goods should be returned in their original packaging, in the same condition as they were received, accompanied by the original accessories where applicable. The customer is liable for the shipping costs back to our offices and will be credited for all merchandise returned in sellable condition within 14 days from us receiving the goods back. Prior contact by email must be arranged before sending us any merchandise back.


You can pay through iDeal for Dutch customers, via Paypal, credit cards or Direct Bank Transfer for all other countries. Your first order needs to be paid in full before we can ship, subsequent orders within the EU can fall under Net 14 terms if your company qualifies for a credit line after we review your application. Payment on credit is always subject to additional fees.


We thrive on customer feedback. Customer observations, ideas and suggestions are where many of our products originated. We encourage you to point out areas that we can improve and love to receive compliments and photographs of our product in your store and with your customers!
